Flashing Blue Light
Fault IndicatorA flashing blue light on your Worcester Bosch boiler indicates a fault or lockout. The boiler has shut down to protect itself and will usually display a fault code alongside the flashing light.
Possible Causes
- •Ignition failure (often shown with EA code)
- •Flame loss during operation
- •Gas supply issue
- •Frozen condensate pipe
- •Fan or air pressure fault
Can You Fix It Yourself?
Note any fault code displayed alongside the blue light and look it up in this guide. Try resetting the boiler once. If the blue light persists, call a Gas Safe engineer.
